Hope you are having a great day!! So here is what Ethel is eating today if she isn't a brat later..... (and guess what the chicken did not stay down) so I just added some cottage cheese and it will replace the munster cheese and has about the same counts. B - vanilla protein shake S - (skipped.... was drinking lots of hot decaf tea today and was full) L - egg, breakfast sausage and cheese scrambled togehter (made me sick... it was leftover from last night and I microwaved it. I've only gotten sick maybe 4 or 5 times since surgery so this isn't the norm) a little while after I got sick I had a sugar free popcicle and then a piece of toast (thought it would help my upset stomach) S - pumpkin protein shake D - Salad with some meat and cheese in it, olive oil and balsamic vinegar as dressing S - another protein shake (not sure what flavor I'll make it) My stomach feels fine now so I guess the egg/meat mixture didn't agree with me. The only time I ever have problems is with leftovers since they tend to dry out. Lizzie

Lizzie I love the taste of egg beaters but I still can't do the egg thing much....kind of like how chicken doesn't agree much. Even eating chick-fil-a is hard. Two little nuggets and pouch is done. Hope you feel better today. Joan M

B protien shake S nothing L: fried egg with cheese S dill havarti S: (yes 2 lunch was at 9 am breakie at 4am dinner at 730pm) I had a sugar free cinnemon dolce from crackbucks D: Italian chicken dish.. spinache cheese chicken and tomatoes I am proud to say I avoided a craving today.. WOOT flaming hot cheetos.. GRRR stay away!!!! the I work are hard.. I get up at 4 am. I goto work for 5 I get a break at 7 I don't eat I go home for lunch at 9 I gt out at 115. but dinner is at normal time.. so I am starving at 115
