Hello Gang!!! I went to Myrtle Beach for the weekend with my family and we celebrated my birthday with my sister and I still lost a pound eating out everyday. God is good! Hi everyone, Today I had.. B- dannon lite and fit yogurt smoothie s- nectar protien tea L- 3 oz chicken breast roasted, 1/2 small baked potato with 1/2 tsp margarine, 1/4 cup butternut squash D- two slices turkey breast and two slices LF swiss cheese with 1 tsp mustard s- FF yogurt dip with celery and carrots Hope everyone had a great weekend.
