Where is Ethel? Whatcha eatin' Friday?

I hope Joan and Ethel are doing ok!! Lucy certainly missed her post yesterday. Lucy was bad yesterday. I did really good until I got home in the evening.... ugh!! Why are the evening times the hardest???? I had a small bag of fritos, 3 pieces of candy from a valentine, and then 1/2 c. rice crispies w/ff milk...carb city! This was all taken in between 8:30 and midnight! Though, I still managed to lose a pound over night.... certainly bumfuddles me! But I have been working out very hard this week....Sun, Tues, and Wed, each day burning 740-750 calories, so that is 2240-2250 calories burned thus far this week not including the calories burned for everyday moving and living, and I plan on working out today and tomorrow...that is the plan at least. At any rate, sorry for the rambling. The intention of the post wasn't to talk about me LOL Have a good weekend! April

Hello everyone, if any of you are up at this hour (10pm EST). Hope everyone is well and keeping warm. I am nursing a cold, hope it goes away soon. B- yogurt smoothy with added 1/2 scoop any whey protien powder L- turkey and cheese wrap with lettuce, tomato, peppers, onion and honey mustard I also splurged and had a handful of chips s- 8 oz 1%milk with 1 scoop any whey unflavored protien powder and two Tbls pumpkin 1 pack splenda and touch of cinnamon. Delicious. D- 2 chicken wings s- sugar free banana muffin 30 minutes on tredmill Thanks for the idea to use pumpkin in a protien drink, I am really enjoying that for a change. Also, April what exactly do you do during your work outs to burn 750 calories? Hope everyone has a great weekend. Sher

Ethel went to the beach!!! We ate out and I still lost see the Monday Ethel post for what she had today!! I still lost a pound in Myrtle Beach and had a great 57th birthday!!! Thanks for keeping up with your food tally's You all did great even when splurging because you kept track of it. Love you guys!!! Joan M
