Hello everyone...still have a headache but it is a little better right now Praise be to God!

My day is kind of wonky since I have friend over to scrapbook on Wednesdays. We have snacks available all day but don't stop for lunch.
B = ON Whey protein shake made with pumpkin
S = nothing, was drinking tea all morning and scrapbooking
L = a few pieces of cheddar cheese and 4 whole grain crackers
S = ON Whey protein shake with pumpkin
D = sloppy lasagna (no noodles, I pick out the meat and cheese and only eat that. )
S = ON Whey protein shake (not sure what flavor I'll make yet)
Thanks everyone for sharing what you ate and for the well wishes for my headache to go away...I think it is sinus now...still foggy today Thurs. but not bad pain like before...still was bad last night...on 2 hr delay this monring and haven't thought about food yet. Down to 162.4..lost 4/10th of pound since yesterday....too weird the 10ths. Busy day tomorrow.."Pastries for Parents" which is always a traffic nightmare for me and the police will be there to help me.
Have a great day and you guys really inspire me! BTW tilapia was sooo good and I think I actually got the complete 4oz in for the first time. Usually Ethel is complaining after 2oz but I did great! And ate my salad...didn't do the last shake as I was cold and headache hurt so I just did cottage cheese and apple cider drink sub.
