You are doing fantastic, the weight loss is great. Keep up the good work. Girl we are right there with you. I can eat about 1 1/2 cups of soup if it is the chunky kind, and I thought I was eating to much.

Suzanne..this group is one of the most helpful none critical groups I have ever had the pleasure of talking with. I love this site because we are all around the same time and many of us find that we go through the same things at the same time. I am starting to be able to eat a little more than before but I have a very finiky pouch which I named Ethel and if you read posts Ethel will ask "What ya eatin"? and we have quite a group who participate and we get ideas on new food choices from each other and it also makes us accountable. You are welcome to join us if you would like. I have journaled my intake since day one and it really helps me see that some days I get protein but not nearly enough calories. God bless and I hope you feel as blessed here as I have been. I love this site and the Christianity site the best. BTW great job so far!!!! Joan M

Julia - no that's not all in one meal!!! I'm just saying that might be an example of lunch/dinners - one at a time. As for the chili - I take my time, over half an hour and it goes down. It keeps me full, so I will probably not have snacks that day, only the 3 meals. Plus I only get the chili when I'm in a hurry. sarah

Sarah, I knew it wasn't all for one meal! Just teasing I like Wendy's chilli when I am in a hurry too or just plain tired of tuna, turkey or chicken and if I am cold! It does fill me up. Julia
