Where is Ethel?
Hello everyone,
Just wanted to let Ethel know what I have had to eat today.
B- yogurt smoothy with an added scoop of whey protien
L- 3 oz pork , 1/4 c brocolli. 1T rice
s. no sugar added fruit popcycle
D. 1 oz lf swiss cheese and 1 oz turkey breast with mustard
s- some carrot sticks and celery sticks with 1/2 c FF plain yogurt with some knorrs dry instant vegetable soup mixed in as a dip
Got in 30 minutes of cardio, Too.
Had a productive day. Hope all of yours went well also.

I did some toning exercises today but did not do my recumbent bike... oops.

Sorry guys...I have had a headache for 4 days that won't quit. Even when I go to bed at night I wake up and it is still there.
