9th Month Stats

It is my 9th monthiversary since surgery and every 25th of month I measure myself and weigh myself and log it into a notebook I started the day of surgery before my husband took me to the hospital. I am posting this because we have new people who can't imagine how you can change like we do...so here it is..hope it encourages whoever reads this. I am so blessed to have had this surgery and everyday my life improves...How people treat me...they see me now! I felt invisible before or thought of as disgusting and of no importance. But now people look at me in the eye and don't have "the look"...anyone overweight knows "the look". So starting stats/ current stats 290lbs/165lbs neck...15" /12 & 1/2" arms....19 & 1/2"/12 & 1/2" breast middle....51 & 1/2"/37 breast under at band....45 & 1/2"/33" waist.....51 & 1/2"/35 & 1/4" hips.....over 60 because tape measure didn't quite meet/39" thigh.....32/20 & 1/2" calves....19 & 1/2"/16" even my wrists....7"/6" Have a blessed day. I took measurements on may 24 a month after surgery and I took measurments today. Here is the results Upper arm: 19 3/4--14.5 above bust: 49--42 band 45 3/4--40 waist: 55.5--39.5 thighs: 60--49 thigh: 31.1/4--25 calf: 17.5--15 Total of 56 1/4 inches since May 24, 2006. Plus 125.5 lbs. I think I have come along way. Joan you have done awesome. Notice that I lost alot in my hips and waist area. Cool which I would lose some more there, Kathleen

Kathleen...you had thighs typed two times but from the measurement of 60 I knew it couldn't be thigh but had to be hip...that is awesome girl!!! Isn't this fun? I was afraid people would get mad over me sharing and I am glad it encourages you to share..hey we are all around the same time and we can encourage each this way. My daughter just brought in a card from a sweet friend...her name is Kathleen and I really was blessed when I saw she created it herself!!! Thanks Kathleen and the colors are beautiful!
