Totals 687/27/15.5/101 this is if I get the third 6oz shake in today..I try to get it in at night before 8pm when the hungries start to come.

Ok our nutritionist said we can eat the little nuggets because they are fried in good oil. We can have 4...cheap date girlfriend!!

I'v had it a few times.. I won't go in the morning thier biscuit is too tempting..
the chicken fliet itself is
230 cals 11grams of fat 10 grams of carbs and 23 grams of protien!!

it goes down MUCH easier then alot of other chicken options because it's moist and not heavily bread.. I don't find it as greesy as other fried chicken.. probably because of said light breading..
I usually geta 6 pice lrg fruit cup and lrg lemonade (never fails my hubby and kid both eat my nuggets and fruit so I end up more withw 4 piece and sm fruit cup)
but for what I ORDERED it was:
