Yes, I have the hunger problem in the evenings as well. However, I have found that if I get a cup of sugar free hot cocoa this will kill the hunger. As it takes a bit to drink it because it is so hot, I feel like I am actually getting something more than I am and it gives my stomach time to realize that there is something there. Plus I am getting that sweet taste I am wanting. Now, if I am craving something salty, I will drink a cup of broth made by cooking a package or Raman Noodles with the noodles in it and then draing out the noodles (you have to cook it with the noodles in it or it just does not taste good) and drinking the broth. Same concept as with the cocoa but you get salty instead of sweet. These have worked for me anytime of the day but I use it them the most at night or when I am bored. It keeps me from snacking between meals and gives me an extra dose of liquids that I need as I have a tendency to develop tiny kidney stones since the surgery... Lucky me! I hope this helps! Suzanne
