I just had to look at where you are from when I read chorizo! Oh, yea Girlfriend...I miss CA and the food..I used to eat Machaca for breakfast with salsa!!! Yum...Hey we could do that with left over beef and egg beaters...Great idea for a breakfast or lunch!!! Hey even dinner!!!
