Good afternoon from here in the South....Ethel wants to know what ya eatin.....? I have been so busy with homeschool and grading and logging work onto computer and haven't had a protein drink yet. So I need to catch up on my food. So today this is what Ethel has had or is planning to have. Thanks for participating. Joan M B - Quaker instant oatmeal ....100/2/19/4 with Milk skim 2oz.........21/0/3/2 S - muenster cheese 1 slice.......80/6/1/5 L - Sorrento reduced fat string cheese .......70/4/1/8 S - Body Fortress Protein Powder 2 Servings 12 oz........222/6/3/45 D - Roast Chicken, 3ozmaybe 4 if I can......141/6/0/22 (if I can add an oz it will bring totals up some but I can hardly ever do 3oz of meat. Spinach, cooked, from canned, 1/2C.......25/1/4/3 Totals 659/24/31/89 ..........cal/fat/carb/protein

Well, I had to fast and do blood tests this morning, so I've been a tired grouch for a lot of the day. B- protein shake S- coffee L- king crab and corn chowder S- peanut butter and lowfat nilla wafers D- mini chicken and onion quesadilla with low carb tortillas. I have been wanting to make that quesadilla for a week now and I keep forgetting by the time I get home. Hopefully writing this out will help me to remember. Water: 36oz so far, I'm slacking because of lectures at work and the inability to get up for the restroom, btu I'm working on it. Exercise: last night I went running, then rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes. Tonight I will probably just walk the dogs. Vitamins: I still need to take B1, B12, biotin, and calcium

Lucy was an eating machine yesterday! oh my goodness... I don't think I've had this much before ever! I blame it on PMS...it sucks! I did my workout on the elliptical machine ... burned 405 calories. I waited around for a treadmill at the gym for about 1/2 hour but no one ever got off so I did a little arm weights.
