L: lft over dinner last night.. I got a fabulous stuff baked potato it had blackened chicken and roasted peppers. it went down great I onnly had 1-2 small bites of the potato was enough.. (we went out)
S: cheese and some salami
D: Not sure yet... I need to figure it out ASAP thought. I might get a pork tenderloin. I might make some kind of soup or something too. We need to go shop after nap I need to make a meal plan for the week
S: No idea.. I have been trying for a protien shake. but often I am not hungry.

Dinner - Noodleless Lasagna (extra lean ground beef, FF Mozzerella, Low Fat Ricotta, Low fat parmesean, Low Sugar/Low Cal. Spaghetti sauce) will figure out totals when I get home.
B- 1.1/2 oz chicken salad with 1 tsp mayo
L- 2 0z pot roast, 2 Tbls potato, 1 baby carrot, 1 sweet potato muffin, 1 tsp marg. and 3 Tbls acorn squash with 1/2 tsp splenda brown sugar.
D- luttuce and tomato salad with 2 oz turkey breast and 1 slice lf swiss cheese. Spritzed with wishbone italian salad spritzer (1 cal per spray)
s- celery with ff cream cheese (1 T)
