B: cottage cheese S: none.. unless you count tea L: lft over dinner last night.. I got a fabulous stuff baked potato it had blackened chicken and roasted peppers. it went down great I onnly had 1-2 small bites of the potato was enough.. (we went out) S: cheese and some salami D: Not sure yet... I need to figure it out ASAP thought. I might get a pork tenderloin. I might make some kind of soup or something too. We need to go shop after nap I need to make a meal plan for the week S: No idea.. I have been trying for a protien shake. but often I am not hungry.

You are doing better and I am glad. Pork tenderloin...love it now...one of my favorite food! Do you have an Aldi's near you? That is where I buy mine and they are way cheaper than Walmart. Joan m

Spaghetti sauce) will figure out totals when I get home.

I amgoing to Wally World Friday and buy some of that peanut butter...yea!!! My sandwhich last night was sooo good. And maybe it will help with my potty issue. Thanks for sharing this is fun. Joan M
