Hi everyone!

Long time no see! Its been so busy, I've hardly had time to be online, let alone come here! I've missed all the support from you guys! How is everyone? I had my 9 month checkup this week...can you believe its been that long already? I'm down to 180lbs! My exercise has SUCKED this past few weeks, because its been too cold to go outside. Normally I walk outside in the morning, daily..but its been freezing cold...I'm being a weinie. I AM pulling out the treadmill today, so I can get my butt back in gear. The good news is that the doctor was extremely pleased with my progress, he really wants me to step up the exercise, and watch what I eat...I"m letting too many carbs back into the diet. My vitamin levels are finally okay, for once I didn't have to have a shot, so that was nice! I need to post a new picture, and I have NO idea how to do it. I am illiterate when it comes to things like this, so if someone could give me a 1-2-3, step by step guide to posting a picture, I would love to try it! Hope all is well!

Way to go girl. That is awesome weight loss. You keep up the good work. Do you think that the exercise is what helped you lose that much in such a short time? I have lost 124 in 9 months, so I was just wondering. I need to exercise alot more, just cant always get it in, lol Kathleen

Hi Terri, To post a new picture. 1. Make sure the size is 100 X 100 pixels. You'll probably have to resize it with an editor. 2. Go to the main forum. 3. In the top left had corner click on USER SETTINGS 4. Under Avitar, put the location of you picture. 5. Upload it. You may have to refresh your browser to see it. Jeanne
