Well, when I got on the scale this morning I weighed 1lb heavier and almost freaked...who am I kidding...I did freak...but then I went potty hooray this is problem for me and I lost that pound and a couple ounces!!! B: cottage cheese S: no snack just tea. L: chicken taco salad planned.. which is everything but the shell S: I a not sure.. probably some cheese.. provalone sounds good. D: Not sure.. they have having lasagna. I will probably have a salad with tuna and feta. Somewhere in there I will probably have a protien shake. I just hope it stays down. without the shake I am around 80 grams of protien which is better then I have been having

Happy Friday Joan and everybody! B- 3 sausage balls S- protein shake L- PB&J on low carb bread, SF jelly, low sugar peanut butter 1/2 a green apple 2 bites protein bar D- chicken enchilada, maybe a few chips, and a margarita protein: 77g before dinner.

Girlfriend after living in CA for so many years I still think Mexican is my favorite food!! I make a mean salsa! And sour cream chicekn enchiladas...were always a yum...I need to revamp my recipe for WLS but I still make it for family old way. Your meals sound sooo good to me...can I hire you? Joan M

B = Pumpkin Protein shake (30 gr. protein) S = 1 slice toast (don't usually eat many white carbs, especially bread, but was feeling a little queasy this am so I wanted tea and toast) then 15 min later decaf tea with splenda and milk L= 3 meatballs and gravy S = Protein shake w/instant decaf coffee, baking cocoa powder and splenda (30 gr protein) S = some buffalo chicken wing flavored pretzles (dinner is late tonight as Hubby is at a meeting to I'm snacking now) D = ground beef mixed with some tomato sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese (rest of the family is having hamburger helper... they love it ewwww) S = Protein shake (haven't decided what kind but it will be 30 gr protein) I've had propel, water, vitamins and lots of decaf hot tea today. Ok why is it when I read whatever everyone else is eating it sounds so good but I never fix it...have to change that and get more creative...I am trying...but I am creature of habit. Good job in food choices... Joan M

ok...fiber one muffin...where do you get them and what is the count? I have been hungry for muffin but sooo afraid to eat them...everything is so high in carbs. What do you try to keep your carb count to? Joan M
