Well, when I got on the scale this morning I weighed 1lb heavier and almost freaked...who am I kidding...I did freak...but then I went potty hooray this is problem for me and I lost that pound and a couple ounces!!! Sorry too much info...so Ethel wants to know..what ya eatin?

L: chicken taco salad planned.. which is everything but the shell

D: Not sure.. they have having lasagna. I will probably have a salad with tuna and feta.
Somewhere in there I will probably have a protien shake. I just hope it stays down.
without the shake I am around 80 grams of protien which is better then I have been having
Girlfriend after living in CA for so many years I still think Mexican is my favorite food!! I make a mean salsa! And sour cream chicekn enchiladas...were always a yum...I need to revamp my recipe for WLS but I still make it for family old way.
Your meals sound sooo good to me...can I hire you?

B = Pumpkin Protein shake (30 gr. protein)
S = 1 slice toast (don't usually eat many white carbs, especially bread, but was feeling a little queasy this am so I wanted tea and toast) then 15 min later decaf tea with splenda and milk
L= 3 meatballs and gravy
S = Protein shake w/instant decaf coffee, baking cocoa powder and splenda (30 gr protein)
S = some buffalo chicken wing flavored pretzles (dinner is late tonight as Hubby is at a meeting to I'm snacking now)
D = ground beef mixed with some tomato sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese (rest of the family is having hamburger helper... they love it ewwww)
S = Protein shake (haven't decided what kind but it will be 30 gr protein)
I've had propel, water, vitamins and lots of decaf hot tea today.
