S - T peanut butter 94 cal/5 proteins
D - South Beach chicken wrap (1 of 2 in box if I can get it down)..not too fond of chicken anymore but love mexican. 120 cal/12 proteins
total.....71 proteins

Joan, I see you are going to try or have already tried peanut butter. It is good, and I only have it once is a great moon.
Rosie had for breakfast yopliat light yogurt 1/2 c cottate cheese
Lunch 1 sm can of tuna, 6 precut slices of cheese, and 7 sm pieces of bagel crisps
Dinner- 1 cup of beef vegetable soup.
Snack 2 peanut butter cookies

B- yogurt smoothy with scoop protien powder
L- 2-3 oz steak, luttuce and tomato salad with a spritz of dsg, 2 T rice
D- large luttuce and tomato salad with 2 oz turkey breast and 1/2 oz cheese with spritz of dsg.
1 small sweet potato bisquit
lots of decaf tea and coffee
Spent a few hours cleaning out a closet, up and done stairs, vacuumed and cleaned Br trying to get a head start on "spring cleaning".

Overall, I had a very good day and I feel great for it! Tomorrow WILL be just as good.
