Lucy was bad yesterday...but not overly so. She made me exercise so I suppose it wasn't too bad. It is really hard for me to stick with an eating schedule when I'm off from work. I do so well throughout the work week though.
Breakfast: AchievOne (I don't know what Lucy would do without these things)
Lunch: Boca burger w/slice of 2% American Cheese dressed w/a dab of ketchup and mustard
1/2 cup steamed brocolli and carrots
Snack: 2 Light Mini babybel cheese rounds
Dinner: 3 oz. Ham, 1/3 cup vegetable medley of snap peas, red peppers, and cut potatoes
Snack: Wasa Multigrain crispbread w/1 tbsp better than peanut butter spread
So that's the plan and I'm gonna stick to it!
April
B- 20 oz water and 1/2 choc. protein bar
S- other 1/2 of protein bar 210 cal/ 19 g protein(total)
L- refired beans and cheese (no idea counts- yet)
S- beef jerky and cocoa
S- 100 calorie pack of something-cookies or cheetos (carbs bad I know but working late and gona have to have something for ride home)
D- beef roast and veggies
S- Cocoa w/protein powder
I revised as I knew Ethel would not do teh turkey burger w/cheese so revised total after adding 1oz tuna (33cal/7 proteins) to greens:
702 cal/20fat/38 carbs/93proteins
Ethel dictates the food for sure and burger of any kind is not her favorite for sure.
Thanks to all who participate...and for you wonderful menu selections and suggestions. I still need to try peanut butter.....maybe for snack tonight hmmmmm...
