So what ya eatin? Ethel wants to know..
Ethel and I have and will be eating ....
B - Protein shake ........23proteins
S - cottage cheese w/SF jam ......8proteins
L - side salad from Wendy's 1/2 no count?
S - protein shake........ 23 proteins
D - grilled pork boneless 3 oz........ 22 proteins
not sure what else with it.
s - yogurt carb sugar control....5 proteins
total.....81 proteins
Plus my daughter and I went to the Riverwalk here in West COlumbia, SC and we walked briskly for 30 minutes!!! I feel so alive!!!

Rosie (I) tried the soy milk, to see what it would be like. It is okay in a protein shake.
B-Protein shake with soy milk
L- vegtable soup
D- chicken noodle soup
snacks--popsickle.
I think Im coming down with something, but food doesnt have a taste for the last 2 days. So I have just been drinking alot. Guess my fluid intake has improved anyway. I exercised on the bike for 15 minutes and exactly work up a sweat, lol. That is good for me.
Hope everyone is having a peachy day. We have 2 inches of ice and now it is snowing on top of it, so I have been trying to stay warm all day.

Joan I eat the south beach meal replacement bars they are:
Calories: 210
Cal from fat: 50
Total Carb 26g
Dietary fiber 6 g
Sugar less thatn 1 g
Sugar Alcohol 17 g
Protein 19 grams
I don't have any trouble with the sugar alcohol's in them, I usually eat a 1/2 of one at a time when snack on it later. I usually have the whole thing gone by 11. Some of them don't taste as well as the others but they have been my main stay food.

The do have snack bars that only have 10 grams of protein, I eat them for the protein so I stick with the meal replacement bars.
