well I got on scale this am& was happy I have been going thru this stage where I gained 6 lbs but now it come& more with it I guess water weight ? yea I am happy so I weigh 173. now 33 from goal yeaaaaa

33 pounds your amazing! Keep it up and you will be past your goal in no time!!!! When you look where we have came from 33 pounds that it awesome!
