Sat Ethel wants to know what ya eatin
I am holding a baby shower for a young mother today at my home and the ladies from church are bring food so I am not sure if there is anything from them I will be able to eat except that my Pastor's wife is bring a veggie tray and she is very healthy. I made deviled eggs which I can have.
So....Ethel is planning to have today:
B - Protein shake 23proteins
S - Having baby shower here so no time for snack
L - shower food...I know I made deviled eggs...may have 1 have to look up proteins
veggies from veggie tray w/dip
not sure what else the other ladies are bringing
S - protein drink in case no protein at shower 23 protein
D - grilled chicken thigh 8-10 protein
S - yogurt vanilla 5protein
Total proteins= 60 - 70 will total later

S-cashews
L-shrimp or eggs not sure
S-hot cocoa (new kind with 18g of protein 0 sugar)
D- going out to eat on a date with my 12 yo so McDonalds Salad?
S-POPCORN from the movie and a protein bar
then more hot cocoa cause I am addicted to it....
And my water.......

Well,Jenni so far I managed before anyone got here to get one protein drink in and one Dannon carb and sugar control vanilla yogurt in so that is 28 proteins so far. And I made myself eat that because I am not hungry. But when the ladies start coming and I see the food then maybe I will want to munch on good choices and fellowship with them. Have a great day w/your son at MickieD's...I checked out their nutritional info yesterday when my daughter and I shared a breakfast (not planned). I took two bites of scrambled egg and one bite of pancake w/o butter or syrup.
