Ethel needs to talk to my pouch (haven't came up with a name yet) because she can eat!!!!
B- SB protein bar
S-cheetos (100 cal) and jerky
L- Cocoa Wheats with a scoop of body fortress protein powder (have to mix it don't like the taste of it)
S- jerky and pb sf cookies (50 cal)
D- Toppings off of a slice of frozen pizza, ie cheese and sauage, then 4 ritz crackers with 2 slices of liverwurst and mayo
S- ice cream bar (50cal)
bedtime ice cream bar (another 50 cal)
I did get lots of water and fuze in about 100 oz's so for me that is great and I did work out in the am so that is good... I just feel like I eat to much......
Now today I have only drank water so far....
Scale hasn't moved since Monday, but I guess that is good it isn't going up!

Nope your safe I bought it awhile ago and didn't like but when I saw you used it I thought it can't be that bad so I put it in my cocoa wheats and it wasn't that bad mixed. I just made weight control oatmeal with plain whey protein powder and can only eat like 1/2 of it. I just don't understand how some days I can eat and eat then other days nothing looks or tastes good or stays down good???
I tried to eat that Boca burger w/spinach and Oh My Goodness...I couldn't even eat 1/2..it doesn't taste bad it is just that any meat is soooo heavy to me. I can hardly stand to think about eating anything remotely like ground beef even vegie soy burgers. So it is sitting on the kitchen table in hopes that maybe after I clean the top of my stove I can take another bite and hopefully get it in. If not I will try to eat the other things I have planned for today (Thurs). Glad I didn't influence you on the protein drink. Now I do not add mild to mine as Ethel hates that.

First of all I am so jealous!! Rubios is one of my favorite places in CO. Wish I were there instead of here in SC.
Calories....I would faint...but I know one day I will be able to eat that much. I just forcew myself right now to eat. Nothing is really good to me now other than cottage cheese w/SF jam and yogurt. yes all creamy things. Meat...yuck....
I am trying chicken wings tonight after the Boca burger today I hope they are better.
I guess even fake burger Ethel says NO WAY.
