today wasn't a good day for me.. *sigh* morning sickness is killing me but everyday I try B: tried to be beef jerky but after I spent 30 mins at work puking it (not my pouch Morning sickness) and I was sitting on the bathroom floor my co worker brought me reduced fat cheezeits.. it's the closest we had to crackers.. and you know unfortuneatly it did settle my tummy.. how is that for a image sitting on the floor of the handicap stall with a coworker eatting cheeseit.. at least she offered to hold my hair back.. S: I guess you can count the cheeseits L: turkey keilbasa and some sauerkraut S: mango mantra from jamba juice with a double shot of protien. bringing it up to 20 grams of protien and 210 cals.. fruit is the only thing that honestly tastes good yes it has sugar but if I drink it over 2 hours the sugar doesn't bother me and I don't puke and can keep down some protien.. D: steak from fajitas.. that of course didn't settle well.. but I didn't puke it.. water: not bad 48 of straigh****er and 16 of propel vits: got them protien shakes come up.. beef comes up.. chicken is iffy.. I am relying on cheese and fish for protien these days.. and i have to watch the mercury in fish..

Did you mention Wasa multigrain cripbread before because I went out and bought some and it is good. Very crunchie. I eat it with tuna. Very good. I don't eat bread yet so this is a good alternative. I don't know that I will add bread much. I have eaten toasted rye, 1 slice and small amt. of cornbread with chilli once and tolerated it fine, but the first time I tried any kind of bread it was 1/2 of a whole wheat english muffin toasted, with a little peanut butter. Boy did I suffer. I think it got stuck. Maybe I didn't chew it well enough or ate it too fast, but it turned me off bread really fast. Julia

Yeah, it is a good substitute for bread or for crunchy cravings. I've put cheese spreads, egg salad, and peanut butter on mine. Any kind of soft bread, I try to chew to mush (not very appetizing either!) but it still sits heavily in my poor pouch. I try to stay away from any kind of bread as much as possible. Though sometimes, it is just too tempting LOL biscuits are my downfall unfortunately! Oh the wasa bread has a lot of fiber in it too so it keeps you satisfied and helps with the umm.. regulation of bodily wastes April
