Well...my heart isn't in it today but I am forcing myselfto be here. Headache is still here and I am not sure if it is sinus or not...I just feel foggy headed if that makes sense.
I am going to Ladies Nite Out with our ladies from church to one of the ladies in our fellowship's home. She is making a "Taste of Italy" so I will take some protein with me. She is fixing shrimp tray as appetizer and salad. But I will not have the bread or pasta or sauce. So maybe my old standby cottage cheese w/SF jam.
So far here is what I am planning for today:

Sorry I am not as chipper today..I am praying for the Lord to heal me or expose what is causing it. And for several days the scale has said the same thing.....163.6 or 163.8...UGHHHH.

Thanks to everyone for your wonderful thoughts and prayers..I erally covet your prayers. I did try something new that heard about on another board. It is Walmart's Brand of crystal Light..Apple Flavor....OK I love Hot Apple Cider and this is a great substitute w/no sugar and it counts as water and I mix the whole pitcher adn then pour into coffee mug an dheat in microwave...for those of us who are cold this is perfect drink and we get our fluids in. I can get more in with hot drinks than with cold water anyday! So maybe this will help my stall. Thanks again...as I said before you guys are the best!!

Joan, I am so sorry about this continual headache! Are you taking anything for it? How about hydration? I hate that foggy feeling. I hope you feel better soon!
B- protein shake w/ IDS powder
S- either nothing or low carb yogurt
L- deli turkey and light havarti cheese roll ups
S- pistachio nuts
D- coking for one again, so I don't know. Hubby is working late all week.
I hope you are feeling better soon. I'll say some prayers for you.
Today I'm having:
B = ON Whey protein drink with cocoa and decaf coffee (mochaccino yumm)
S = oatmeal made with splenda and cinnamon
L = 1/2 a grilled cheese on whole grain bread
S = ON whey protein drink made with pumpkin yummmmmmm
D = sloppy lasagna - minus the pasta, I only eat the meat and cheese.

** I think I'm eating too many carbs. I should have no had the grilled cheese if I had the oatmeal. I'll have to be more careful.
I also drink lots of decaf hot tea and flavored waters throughout the day.
