Well Its been a long time!

Hello everyone! How is everyone? Looks like everyone is doing good! I have updated my profile and added new pics! I am down 135 lbs.!! I now weigh 176! Dow to a normal BMI! It's good to see everyone again! Talk to you later! Adam
