B- Slim fast low carb version
S- Beef Jerky like 4 thin pieces
L- 1/4 to 1/2 insides of a grilled stuffed burrito
S-few bites of turkey
D-1/4 pork steak made on grill with bbq sauce and 2 bites of stuffing
I lacked in the afternoon with my fluid intake and only drank like maybe 40-50 oz's
NO EXERCISE, yet again!!!! And I am home sick today so there won't be much of it today as well!
Great job on food and sorry you do not feel well....hope you feel better soon...I am off to the support meeting where I had surgery. I lady (now friend) I met day of surgery is going with me...we found out after surgery we are neighbors...so cool...she has really been there for me....my husband and daughter will go to church and me and Yvonne to support mtg.

B- 8 oz protein shake IDS Cappucino and soy milk
S- 1oz cheese and 2 oz turkey breast
L- south Beach Pizza 30g protein!
S- I was bad, I ate 2 shortbread cookies and some SF chocolate
D- 6 oz steak and green beans
S- I made protein ice cream with soy milk, heavy cream, splenda, and protein powder. YUM!
Yum...can I eat at your house?
I've wanted to try South Beach dinners but they seem to have lots of carbs and I think my Doc wants us to stay under 40 per day I think...does that sound right? I put in my notes 40 per meal but that sounds reallllllllyyyy high! What have you been told?
What is IDS Protein shake? I love cappucino flavor....yum..

My doc does't have any restrictions on carbs, he just reccomends that they all be the good kinds of carbs, which south beach qualifies for. They are all made with whole grains and no processed, bleached flour. I like it.
They discontinued my IDs cappucino flavor powder, so I will have to find a replacement once mine runs out.
I love this! You should keep on with it!
