MY PLAN
Keep a journal of my activities, meals, and fluid intake daily.
5 to 6 small meals a day at least 3 hours apart.
Have to drink at least two 8 oz glasses of fluid between meals.
Walk for a total of 1 hour a day.
Swim three days a week.
Well, let's not talk about yesterday. OK I didn't follow my plan very well. I weigh in tomorow morning at the Y. I'll let you know the results. Still working on my profile. I might even put some pictures on there. Have a good day. Now I need to start my journal for the day.
Good Luck with your plan Brenda, we have to remember each day is a new day so when we don't do so well that we always have tomorrow to start over.
I honestly feel that this surgery not only gave us a tool, to use but if/when we mess up it isn't the end of the world. In the past when I blew a diet and had a really bad day I would say the heck with it and just eat whatever, now I can eat something bad and feel bad for a bit but know that the next day it starts over and I don't have to worry. It is my hope that I don't start having those days all the time! Then that will mean trouble!!!!
