My New Year's plan

Keep a journal of my activities, meals, and fluid intake daily. 5 to 6 small meals a day at least 3 hours apart. Have to drink at least two 8 oz glasses of fluid before I eat. Walk for a total of 1 hour a day. Swim three days a week. That's it. I started on it yesterday because I have noticed myself falling back into some old bad habits. I ate 1500 caloris yesterday. way too much. I drank 48 oz of fluid. Too little. I walked 30 minutes. I did keep a journal. I will strive to do better today. I'm going to set up my profile page today. (I'm going to at least try.) Have a Happy New Year.

My New Year Plan To keep a jounal, (better than I have been) Drink more liquids, and keep track of it? Do some sort of exercise, (since I have slacked off again) have at least 2 meals and 2 snack with low carbs, You have a Happy New Year Brenda, and everyone!! Love Kathleen
