Hope everyone made it though Christmas...
Kathleen,
Glad to hear you had a nice Christmas. It sure was different this year without the huge dinner, but I still had plenty to eat. I always get clothes for Christmas, but this year was even better receiving such small clothes. Only have to return one pair of pants that were too big (what a change that is)!
Wishing you a very Happy New Year.

Christmas was great. I did not over eat and, if you can believe it, I lost one pound from yesterday until today!! I doubt I have ever done that before. I did not get enough turkey though, so have bought a small turkey breast to roast for New Years Day. I had a little for lunch today but wanted some for lunch for a few more days. Julia
Ok, made it through Christmas... didn't make my Christmas goal but it's all good! My daughter got engaged on Christmas day so that was fun!
I wasn't as good as I would have liked, but I'm being good now. I have a weakness for cookies and I don't dump from sugar I did watch the portions of what I ate, I can say I've never made it through the holiday without gaining until this one. I am proud of myself for that. My next event will be my 45th birthday next month and I would like to be in the 170's for that, right now I'm at 181. I've lost 2 lbs in December, I would like to lose 5lbs in January. I am going to kick up my exercising and fluid intake, concentrate on the proteins.
Happy New Year everyone!
