Birthday cake

My sweet co-workers gave me a birthday "cake" this morning made from raw veggies around a bowl of lowfat sour cream dip. There was a candle in the dip! They also had soynuts in cupcake paper cups, and a bottle of almonds. How cool, huh?!

Happy belated birthday! It's great to have such support from your co-workers. For my birthday, my friends/family and I went to the beach to celebrate and my mom made me a sand-cake with candles, not edible of course, but it was the idea that I appreciated. Some people get it and some don't. I love those who do
