Water weight gain?
Has anybody else noticed weight gain (and how much) before starting your period?
I'm hoping it's water weight. I gained 3 almost 4 pounds overnight and I'm due to start my cycle next week. I've been doing well with getting all my protein and water in so my body shouldn't be trying to save itself.
I know the facts about muscle weighing more than fat and that could be a factor I guess but 3 pounds seems extreme for that to be the case.
Just hoping I'm no****er-logged from the swimming I've been doing!
