Christmas Goals

Ok everyone, how are you all doing? Working toward your goals or getting stressed out by the approaching holidays? I know I'm stressed! I have not been going to the gym, and yesterday, I ate tempura-battered, fried scallops. I'm not proud, but I needed to share with you.

I am working on exercising more, no exactly exercising so that I can get over this slump that I am in. My nutritiontis suggested that I go to clear liquids for a three days then do the clear liquids with one protein shake a day, for 3 days. She says that should boost my system again. It sure is hard not to eat something. I am hungry all the time now where I wasn't before to much anyway. Well we see if this works. I want to be 5 or 10 lbs ligther by Christmas, at least 5 lbs, lol. I have 28 more lbs to lose to be in onederland. I cant wait. It has been 15 years since I weighed least than 200.

I"m trying to exercise more. I just want to get the weight loss started again.. don't beat yourself up .. I'm not proud of the reeses peanut butter cups I ate. Im a little worried about the holidays.. my mother makes amaxing fudge..yikes

well I lost a pound got 4 to be in the 179 that is where I would love to be by Christmas hope so any way but losing slow GOOD LUCK EVERYONE

I joined the gym the other day and have been going to work out....but havne't seen a change in weight yet...i'm sure things will start moving here soon....still 9 lbs from my new years goal of 170 Ruth Ann
