Christmas Goals
I am working on exercising more, no exactly exercising so that I can get over this slump that I am in. My nutritiontis suggested that I go to clear liquids for a three days then do the clear liquids with one protein shake a day, for 3 days. She says that should boost my system again. It sure is hard not to eat something. I am hungry all the time now where I wasn't before to much anyway.
Well we see if this works.
I want to be 5 or 10 lbs ligther by Christmas, at least 5 lbs, lol. I have 28 more lbs to lose to be in onederland. I cant wait. It has been 15 years since I weighed least than 200.
