How is everyone doing this fine December morning? It is suppose to get up to the middle 40's here, maybe some of this snow will melt today, as it hasn't yet. We I gained the 5 lbs that I lost last month back. I haven't changed anything so I have no idea why. I have lost 3 of that 5 but I guess my body has decided to keep the rest. I will have to try harder in losing it now. I have been checking on gyms around here to join, havent found one that I like yet. Maybe soon. Everyone have a blessed week and take care God Bless Everyone! Kathleen

Good Morning Kathleen. We have had above-normal temps for most of November but it looks like we're headed back to reality - although no snow yet. I actually wouldn't mind seeing some now....if it is going to be cold we might as well have snow. Know what you mean about the weight battle.....I lost 3 last weekend but one pound is already back. I just keep bouncing up and down 2-3 pounds. I am also looking to join a gym as walking becomes so much less enjoyable in the cold. Hopefully getting back on a regular schedule of exercise will give me a jumpstart on losing again. Warm regards, Bonnie

Hi Kathleen! Well, it's been the 80's here *sigh*. But cool front coming tonight and the high tomorrow is going to be 67 lows tomorrow night 57. woooohoooooo!! Doing happy . From what I've read on the other posts, a lot of us are experiencing the scale not moving right now, last month especially. I didn't lose for 3 weeks in November, which sucked. Then lost 3 pounds the last week of Nov. And since this is my second week at the gym, I've lost another 5 in a week. I knew once I felt better and got into it, the scale would start moving again. But even though I wasn't losing pounds, I was definitely still losing inches because I could continue to feel and see it in my clothes. The exercise will DEFINITELY help. So don't get discouraged. Just keep doing what you've been doing and hang in there. Have a great weekend, Kathleen! Lisa V.
