In need of a pick me up...

Girl...95lbs is nothing to sneeze at...that is great. Just think if you gained 95lbs....but you didn't you lost it and forever...you will continue to lose and believe it or not you will lose inches even if the scale doesn't show it. Don't get discouraged just press in and do what you need to and it will all work out. I think everyone of us has stopped losing like we thought we would. But then one day it will kick in again. I know I measured myself after reading OH and someone suggested it on your anniversary date so that is what I do. In Oct. I didn't hardly lose at all but I measured myself last week because I missed the Nov measuring datea and I had lost 2 inches in my tummy and 2 inches in my waist...that is nothing to shrug off but the lbs didn't match...so what I feel great and am wearing mostly 12's and 10's and I weigh 175...go figure...that doesn't make sense but it is true. I am 5'1" and 56 yrs old. I am thrilled to be in those sizes but I also know it isn't over yet. I don't know where the Lord will stop my body but I am jst happy to be able to move and dress in clothes that come in smaller sizes and don't cost a fortune in a specialty shop.
