How many lost in November?????

That is just totally awesome. Great Job. I am so happy for you. Keep up the good work. Any suggestion on how you made goal? I am stuck and have been for a month now. Sure could use some input. Thanks Kathleen from MO

November SUCKED! First three weeks I lost nothing. Then 3 pounds the last week - bringing my total loss to 114. When I look at the total, I sure can't complain though. It's just messes with my mind when losing so much so fast in the first few months. But this is to be expected for it to slow down. I'm hoping that finally joining a gym last week will help move it along.

I lost 6lbs in December, for a total of 82.5 since the surgery, 93 from the highest weight. Jeanne

7 pounds here. Things are slowing done for me too. Lost 15 pounds as an average before November. Total 117lbs since April.
