How many lost in November?????

Hi All- How many pounds did everyone loose in the month of November?? I did crappy. I lose the least of all my months since surgery. I lost 5 total this month. I did loose 6 but the scale is playing its games with me again the last two days. My total is now 74. How about everyone else??? Sharon

Ten pounds...the smallest amount yet....the scale has been playing with me for the past few days as well. My total is now 120

I lost 5 this month slowing dwn now got to kick it up a bit now

7 pounds in November. Which is up... uhhh. 8 pounds over October (where I gained a pound).

I lost a 5 lbs this month, which makes my total to 108. I keep gaining and losing the same pounds. I guess I will have to exercise more, but cant do that until the doctor okay me. I will take the 5 pounds though. lol Kathleen from Missouri

12 lbs for me, that was 10/25 to 11/25. I have lost 106 lbs so far and I have 40 more to go. Darla

i lost 5.5 lbs this month.....i had 2 weeks with NO loss at all.....going to see about joining a gym this weekend... Ruth Ann

November has not been the best for losing for me either. I lost 7 pounds. I haven't been going to the gym as I should so need to change that. Total since surgery-109 pounds. Julia

Wow - wish I could say that I lost SOMETHING, but the truth is that I have not lost an ounce! I'm hanging at 155 (154 to 156 depending on the day). I'm about 15 from goal so I guess it will be a real uphill battle from here. Congrats to you all who DID lose something!! Warm regards, Bonnie

hey you sound just like me. my scale is stuck at 156. I was beginning to think it was broken.
