7 months out and 3 pounds.....
You're doing great. I can't wait for it to start with a ONE. I'm at 228 now so I've got awhile to go before I get there.
I think working out with weights as soon as you have the ok from your doctor will help alot.
Don't forget muscle weighs more than fat so don't expect the scale to drop as quickly when you are bulking up your muscle.
