...away from hitting the 100s on the scale. Just passed my 7month mark and was 203 lbs. Beginning to think that the goal of 160 is a bit too low for me to go to. My arms, chest and sholders are looking kind of weak.

Good job Bill, getting into the 100's was a big deal for me. I gave myself a treat, non food related of course. Do something nice for yourself once you hit it. Wow, 160, how tall are you? Darla

5'9'' - Not as tall as I used to be. I was 5'11' when I was 18. Now 45. Guess I'm shrinking.

Well you and me both are stuck on 203 at 6.5 months out! I am so frustrated! The scales are not moving. I want to be under 200 for Christmas!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

that is a great accomplishment and you should feel great. I know that last few pound until the 100 was the hardest for me to lose. Now I have gained 3 lbs. I have to do some serious thinking. I dont want to gain any, just lose. I will work harder now. I see how easy it is to be lazy and not try to lose. Keep up the good work. Kathleen G

Congratulations! Are you doing any kind of weight training for your shoulders and stuff?

No, because I developed a hernia from losing the weight so quickly. I had it repaired last week and the doctor wants me to hold off a few more weeks, but says I'll be able to start working with weights by the new year. Hope so, I went in on half the cost for a weight set with my 22 year old son. Right now, he's the only one getting the benefit of them.
