Ya'll, I didn't make it. I tried! Oh how I tried, but I didn't make it. Although lately, food has seemed really unappetizing. So I am thinking about trying it again. Maybe taking it one day at a time so that a whole week of liquid doesn't overwhelm me. If I can't do it anymore, I'll have another drink and then decide if I need to quit.
But I felt really dissapointed in myself as I ate that cheese on pretzels when I broke the fast.
