Everyone is going so good, it seems even when we are having bad weeks, the next week is better. I really believe it is the little things that we take for granted, like fitting into seats, getting up off the floor, fitting into smaller sizes that really do matter in the big picture. I am to the point were I don't look at the scale everyday cause I would go nuts! (more so than normal) If we just use our tools we will keep it going in the right direction and with the help of great folks like you I keep remembering that.

Terri, Thanks for your response. Is Happy Feet the one with the penquins? I can't imagine what kind of story that could be. Was it good. Much better sitting in a comfortable seat huh. I know I am still amazed that I can sit in a booth now and not be wedged in!! I can cross my legs too now! Julia

It's great to hear that you're doing so well. My WOW moment was the first time I could go into a department store to buy new pants and shirts. I was a size 52 pants and 19 shirt and had to alway shop in a Large Mens Store. Last month I had to buy a new suit for my daughter's confirmation and I was able to pick it up at MACY'S. 38 Pants and 16 Shirt. Happy Days.

Bill, it sounds like you are also doing well. 3 pounds from being the 100's is wonderful. I still have 12 pounds to hit 200. The weight loss has slowed down some but I think I have not exercised as I should and plan to imporve that---working on it this week! I know how it feels to be able to buy clothes in normal stores. Congrats on your new suit. I bet your daughter was proud too. Julia
