Ok...who can eat a slice of pizza without getting sick? We are having pizza for the Michigan/Ohio game tomorrow here at the office. I got myself a piece of thin crust chicken pizza and seem to be doing ok with it. The dreed of the calories is going through my head however. I feel like am doing something wrong! Tell me I am not evil! Shelly

I eat pizza! South Beach Diet makes a pretty ok frozen pizza. Those extra calories might just help you drop a few pounds this week. "Keep the Gut Guessing" is my new motto! You want to feel better? I ate 3 bites of molten chocolate cake from Chilis last week. With ice cream. Oh god was it good. *wink*

Now the chocolate and ice cream would scare me. I have not tried that yet. I don't think I will. Does not interest me as much as chips and dip! hahahaha I never was a sweet eater. I am a salty carb eater. Well I ate the pizza. I could not finish the last 2 bites, I had to pitch it. I feel a little sluggish, like I want to take a nap now! And it is sitting a little hard in the pouchy...but all-in-all...I feel ok. Don't think I will bother with it again though. It really did not float my boat. Plus I did a calorie count on what I have eaten today so far and I am up to 700 calories. I don't have much room left for my afternoon protein drink or dinner for that matter. I like to stay at 800-1000 calories.

I am a salty carb lover too! (former I should say) but I did my first slice of white (feta, mushrooms, green peppers, feta cheese & ricotta) pizza last week. It was a small slice and I could not eat the crust (best part) but it sat ok. I prepared myself for the 2 or 3 pounds the scale would deal me the next day but to my surprize I had dropped two!!! Go figure!!! I guess once in a blue moon being bad is ok. Sharon

I am with Rebecca I eat ice cream only the sugar free stuff and there are some good ones out there. I ate a slice of taco pizza last night at like 10- we were out, but I only drank water the whole night so that was a good thing. I didn't get the least bit sick or heavy feeling. I didn't eat the entire crust but it was good.

I haven't tried real pizza yet. BUT I do eat a yummy panini (toasted ciabatta bread) with cheddar cheese and roasted tomato- tastes JUST like pizza! But the tomato's come packed in oil, so if I don't drain them well I get an upset stomach.
