Thanksgiving Goals
I would love to reach 3 lb lost by the end of the month. You all are so right about it slowing down. It SURE DID THAT. I remember when I could lose 5 or more lbs a week, now I cant even lose a pound. I NEED HELP, lol. What should I do to start losing again. I have tried the nothing but protein shakes for 2 weeks, and that didnt work.
I dont know what else to do.

I found that keeping track of the calories I took in really showed me I was only getting in 400 a day...on good days...that is way to little. Our body will hold onto the weight because it thinks we are starving to death. I added some more protein (food) and even added a little carb and it helped.
