Thanksgiving Goals
I have lost 2 of my 6lb goal and more importantly I have been cooking everyday!
The excercise is still such a struggle. Does it ever get easier?! I hate to admit that I really don't like to excercise--I do it because I know I need to.
I will have to look for a mommy to excercise with that won't mind the kids tagging along. I think I use them as an excuse to limit how long, intense my work outs are. I have started a Dance with the girls time so they are learning to enjoy physical activity now at a young age. Hopefully, I can teach them by being a good role model. And the oldest likes it so much she now begs for the TV to be turned off so we can dance. Oh well, baby steps right?
Well, on Nov 4 I weighed 187.8 and this morning I weighed 184 so that is 3.8lbs in 6 days. I think adding more food to my diet has really helped. My body thought I was starving. I have been reading my Bible more and exercise is still hard due to my shoulder injury...but the inches are coming off again. My gioal was 2lbs a week and this week I did better and still have 1 more day this week.
Thanks for the chance to challenge myself again. God is good!
In Christ,
Joan M
