Ok so I have lap band and at 2ccs and wow I had a realllly weak moment. And how the heck could I have eaten that without discomfort? gee I mean I knew I shouldn't have gone there *smacks self in face* but I was hoping I would feel a little discomfort and then I would stop but I didn't and now I'm scared to get on the scale today. I promise I'm committed to the future but geesh I feel like crap right now. *cries*

I don't have a lap band, but I know that we ALL have these lapses (yes I have had a Snickers). Don't beat yourself up over it and move on. Dwell on the success you have had!

Hugs, everyone has made mistakes....It is when you keep making those bad choices, I jus****ched the half ton man on TV. It scared the tar outta me, we were given a tool we have to use it. The head=food thing didn't change we have to change it for ourselves. I hope someday I learn better how to deal with food, for now it just is no, no, no....... Good luck and jump back on the wagon! You have come this far---pat yourself on the back and move on!

It seems we have all reach a point were the control of what we eat is back in our hands. I know I am surprised sometimes at the amount of food I can eat now compared to a few weeks ago. I have reach a point were I really need to be aware and accountable for what I eat. Man, that sucks sometimes. You made a choice that was not the best in the moment. Now you know that is not a place were you can make the best choice. So plan on going other places when you eat out. You might also want to call your Dr about getting a fill. The time of year has come were we get hurried, tired, and it gets colder. We are also all futher out from our surgeries so it is time to step up and take back our lives. Together we can all do this. So how has your food been today? Give up the guilt it is a killer, and move on with the health happier you! Terrie 364/261/ goal 165

today is a new day! what you need to do is look back and enjoy that moment. Then embrace the guilt you feel and use it to your advantage. We all have out moments but we need to not give up on ourselves when we are faced with them. (says the woman who ate a fun size pack of peanut M&M's last night there may had only been 8 in there but they were good!!! and sent the rest of the halloween candy tow ork with her hubby today) good luck -Stacey
