Thanksgiving Goals - We have 3 weeks from today!
Well, I am ready to jump on board as well. My goal for Thanksgiving is to be down 6 more pounds, increase my water intake by 8 oz a week,( I have been slacking in that area), increase my exercise by 1 set per workout session, keep a food journal. (I have also been slacking on this while on vacation.

I want to get in on the Thanksgiving goal... Maybe if I put it down in writing I will do better. I weight 195 now so by Thanksgiving I want to be in the 180s so 189 will be my goal. I'm losing really slow right now so it's going to be tough for me. I will increase my water and exercise 3 times a week.

Well, I would like to lose at least 2lbs per week as I have slowed down also. With my torn rotator cuff I haven't been able to do strenuous exercise and holding onto the treadmill and recumbant bike hurts too but I will press in and try to lose at least 6 pounds by Thanksgiving. Since Monday I have lost 2lbs so I am on a roll again...praise God (I increased food intake).
We can all do something to change our eating, exercise or spiritual habits.
I would also like to read my Bible more and do computer less.
