Hi all, It has been awhile!

I just wanted to pop in and say hi. My life has been very busy since starting the weekly support group. Between working, exercise, support groups, family and traveling acroos country for my 25 wedding anniversary I have just not had time to post.
I have reached a 100 pound weight loss. I am 1 pound away from moving from extremly obese to just obese. I am at 264 now. My next goal is once again 10 percent of my body weight which will make my goal to get to 238. I am hoping to be below 250 by Christmas. That is around 2 pounds a week. I think that is reasonable. However, I will be thrilled with bigger numbers.
I had a 20 pound lost in four days a month ago. I also had a 5 pound loss in a week. Some weeks I loose nothing and others it comes off so fast it scares me. For the most part I loose about 20 pounds a month.
My health continues to improve. I still am not out of plus sizes but should be in the next month or so.
I am working on a new diet and exercise plan today. It is time to rethink things for the colder weather. More gym time and less outdoor time.
