Thumbs up for Dr's appointment today.... His exact words were "All I can say is good job, your doing great, your labs are good you've lost almost 80% of your excess body fat" His goal for me was 164, I am at 191 he told me not to go below 144! I laughed out loud and said I will never see 144- he said at my rate I will get that low. Ya right! He was serious! Thumbs down- ahhh the weather is getting really cold and I don't have much warm stuff to wear? And mean kids agrhhh! My 12 year old is getting teased bad at school these days, it is so bad he wants to go to a different school. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Rebecca...me too stuck at 190....uhhhg went to 189 and then back up and stuck now for 2 weeks!!! Help I don't know what to do. Well I know it is Saturday but I had a busy Friday!! THUMBS UP: I made it to 100 pounds total loss on Wednesday of this week so met my Halloween goal. Now 100.5 pounds down.
