Yeah!!

Hi All-I am sooooo happy! Got on the scale today and it said 172!! I officially have lost 70 pounds!!! I have been at 69 for awhile and could'nt say the 70 til I actually hit. (I am hard on myself sometimes.) That is my Halloween present...better than any candy!!! Thanks for letting share-love all you girls!! Sharon 242/172

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR WEIGHT LOSS!!! Hey - we're surgery date buddies.....and it looks like we had about the same starting weight, too. (I started at 246 and am now down to 156). Isn't it great to see the scales moving in the right direction? I've been on a stall for about a month. My goal is 140 and I haven't made any progress lately....but I'm not going to get discouraged like I used to before surgery. I'll just keep plugging away.
