6 MONTH CHECK-UP TODAY

Hello April Buddies! Today is my 6 month anniversary and 6 month check up with sergeon! "You are right on the button" Dr. White told me! I thought I was a slow looser as it is not coming off as fast as some of you. But he said I am right were I should be!!! Yeahaaaa! I am 215 (on his scale - yuk) (213 on mine) down from 295 at surgery....so (80 pounds). Highest weigh was 301. So 86 pounds total. My blood work was perfect! I was a little worried because I do drink some regular coffee! But it was fine. My blood pressure was 100/70. NO MEDS! yipppy. I have 3 pounds (on my scale) to go for Halloween goal of 210. PS: if anyone tapes Ophra, could you send me a copy??? I would love to see it. Shelly

Sounds good, Shel. My checkup is next Wednesday, so I'll let you know how things are going. PS: I'm not going to make my Halloween goal. I knew I should have just stuck to the clothes-size goal, but no, I had to go and make weight a part of it. Oh well.

Congrats Shelly, thats awesome. WOO HOO, I watched Oprah but didnt tape it, cant say that you missed much.
