Halloween Goal
I lost another pound this morning---now only 3.5 more to go. I have been eating mostly fish, shrimp or chicken for lunch and dinner and most always cottage cheese for breakfast. I have increased my water intake and have taken my sore knee back to Curves with a modified routine to make it happy. Eleven days to Halloween and I think I will make my goal of 100 pounds lost since the first of April.
I have another 3.5 pounds to loose as well until my Halloween goal!
I wanted to be 210....and I was 213.5 this morning. I have lost 6.5 pounds in the last week and a half.
I usually plateau for 2 weeks then loose 10 pounds....plateau...loose 10 pounds. Very strange! Has been like this since the 2nd month.
I have no doubt I will make my goal in the next ten days!!!
My Christmas goal is to be under 200!!! I want to be in Winter ONEDERLAND!!!!!
