Big Smile
Today is my 6 month surgeriversary. I have rid myself of 107 pounds total. Since surgery I am averageing 12 pounds a month, slow and sure. Feel well, getting in all my water, vitamins and protein, I think. My blood work is good, and I love you all for the continuing education and support. Cyber friends are good! God is Great and I have been so blessed. Thank you everyone of you!

This surgery has been and will contiue to be such a God send and blessing, thank you for posting.
I weigh daily as well, it keeps me honest with myself and I know there is water wieght gain as well so over the course of a week I take my average. When I hit a plateau, I get out the tape measure. It works for me. This week the scale is holding pretty steady showing another 2 or 3 pounds gone.
You are doing splededly as well and deserve big (((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))).
This goes for all of us 'cause we b special........
Congrats on your weight loss Joan. I weigh every day too. I tried not to do so at first, but it works better for me to see it daily. I occasionally go up a few tenths of a pound but not much, just a plateau of a few days every now and then. I want to be able to catch any wieght gain as soon as possible and try to take care of it that day if possible. So far it works for me too. Julia
