6 Months Post Op!

I am officially 6 months out as of yesterday!!! I didn't quite make my mini goal but I am happy with the progress I have made. I am officially down 144 LBS and only have 103 to go! I never in a million years would have thought my goal was obtainable. I know the rapid weight loss is over but i'm going to be optimistic that I can lose the last 103lbs in the next year. Rose, WOW 144 pounds is fantastic. You must be so happy. That is great. Keep up the good work and you will lose the rest.
